This tier is for those who wish to procure their own hotel stay or live local. It offers all amenities of the Gold tier - except room and parking. This pass can be combined with a gold pass for a double-occupancy room.

What's included in my ticket price?
This is an all-inclusive event—so your hotel room, food, and access to the event are all included!
Are there any additional taxes or fees?
All taxes and fees (including hotel fees) are included in the price.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are fully refundable until 30 days from event, 4/1/26, then they are 50% refundable, or 100% can go towards next year’s pass.

What if the event is cancelled?
If event is cancelled due to weather or unavoidable circumstances, your ticket will be refunded or carry over to the next event.
Can I share a room with a friend?
Yes, the partner pass is for this, pair it with an all-inclusive pass for 2 people to have a double occupancy room,

The Crowne Plaza is giving us an amazing deal with no resort fees. Contact Erin at the Crowne Plaza to book a longer stay.
