Her tenure at NBCUniversal saw her clearing and prosecuting domestic and international trademarks for powerhouse entities like Telemundo, Universal Pictures, NBC News, and Bravo.

Prior to her work in the corporate sector, Hillary served as a professor at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, where she developed and taught the school’s first full course in Fashion Law—one of the earliest in the country. Her innovative curriculum empowered students to understand trademark law, design protection, and the intersection of fashion and tech.
